North Carolina Nursing and Healthcare Schools

The State of North Carolina embraces Health Care as one of the most important industries in the State and in the country at large. Similarly, there are retention strategies that help to improve the workplace and create a positive attitude towards the nursing career. Such strategies include career progression initiatives and magnet hospital models.
